Like my grandfathers, I am often behind the scenes, on the backend if you will, providing assistance and guidance to help others walk into their success. 💼✨
Like my grandfathers, as an event planner, my business didn’t have a name until the second half of its existence. Early on, for the first five years, it was just a gift I shared. Then for the next seven years, it was just people—family, friends, and referrals—calling me to do what I enjoyed for all of life’s events, from birth to death. It wasn’t until I made the shift to coordinate business events that it became Koordinated by Katie. 🎉
Like my parents, I don’t shy away from building a business around a gift that I can share to help others reach their dreams. To build a business out of necessity to meet a personal need but also answers my prayer to not only be blessed but to be a blessing, is a gift from God. 🙏💡
Like selling homes, I sold fashion. People were able to look and feel fabulous for every occasion when they shopped at The Harris Look. I helped them search until they found the perfect outfit. 👗💃
Like my parents, I am willing to invest in myself to ensure I secure the knowledge and develop the skill set to best meet the needs of my clients. New certifications, licenses, and coaching programs are a valuable part of my journey, and I have fond memories of all the steps along the way. 📚🎓
Like my father, I lead businesses to reach their full potential, creating opportunities that they sometimes didn’t know they had or believe were attainable. I specialize in partnering with them to level up how they operate so they can create a better lifestyle for themselves, their clients, and everyone in their lives. 💼🚀
Like my mother, I believe knowledge is power and that when you know better, you can do better. I collaborate with others to share my gifts with their purposes. I partner with coaches and mentors to deliver solutions their clients need to support the knowledge and direction they pour into them. I transform to-do lists into done-for-you tasks for real results. ✅🎯

So, today on Thanksgiving, a day set aside for GRATEFULNESS & THANKSGIVING, I am THANKFUL for my family, for myself, and our legacy. I am THANKFUL that I retired earlier this year to do what I love full-time. I am THANKFUL that God had some people know me well enough to ask me if I was playing small…questions that opened some doors for me to walk fully in the gift He placed inside of me to fulfill my purpose in His kingdom. 🙌💖
